The Vocational Instructor Preparation (VIP) Program is a systematic approach to the induction of new vocational and technical teachers/instructors into the teaching profession. It is designed to assure that these new teachers achieve their potential during the period of special licensure - up to three years of initial employment of non-degree and non-education degree vocational and technical teachers. The Online Professional Development Program is designed to provide information and training for teachers with the use of online tools. There are two components of this program: (1) Online Professional Developments Sessions-no prerequisites (2) Certification of Online Learning - must have completed Basic and Advanced Blackboard.
