The Director completes required Federal and State Financial Reports for submission to the Legislature and the US Department of Education. The director also processes travel for Vocational conferences and meetings. Technical assistance is provided to vocational staff and school districts regarding Electronic Funds Transfer and other financial issues (payments).

The Division Director handles budget management and analysis, fund reconciliation, grant and contract verification, and conference travel. The director serves as Financial Manager for Learn & Serve and AmeriCorps contracts/grants
