Mentoring and Induction

The Mississippi Teacher Center assists districts in developing and implementing strategies to support new teachers based on the Mississippi Teacher Induction Framework and the Foundations in Mentoring Module. Mentor workshops equip veteran teachers with the tools and skills they will need to be effective mentors to beginning teachers.
