Division of SPP/APR

The SPP/APR division is responsible for developing and implementing the State Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report in accordance with OSEP direction and guidelines. More specifically, this division focuses on:

• Mississippi Student Information System (MSIS) issues
• Developing and maintaining the SPP and APR documents on a yearly basis
• Monitoring data activity in state collection systems as it pertains to SPP/APR Indicators
• Working with districts to ensure timely and accurate data collection as it relates to the SPP/APR
• Notifying districts of any non-compliance with indicators in the SPP/APR and ensuring the correction of any found non-compliance
