Federal Programs
The Office of Federal Programs, a part of the Office of Instructional Enhancement and Internal Operations, provides guidance and technical assistance through the responsible and effective use of federal program dollars to support a quality education for every child. Through a consolidated approach to planning and operation, we support state initiatives and individual district needs.
The Office Federal Programs provides leadership in federal grants management for 10 grants authorized under the No Child Left Behind Act, 2001 to 50 private schools, 16 faith-based/community-based organizations, and 152 school districts. This office facilitates all programmatic activities to include application development and approval, technical assistance and training, in addition to compliance and monitoring for Title I, Parts A, C, and D, Title II, Part A, Title III, Part A, Title IV, Parts A and B, Title V, Part A, Title VI, Part B Subpart 2, and Title X, Part C.
