Performance Level Descriptors for Language Arts, Mathematics, and Science

The Performance Level Descriptors provide information about the expected level of student performance on the standards expressed in the curriculum frameworks. The focus of the Performance Level Descriptors is the Proficient level of performance, but the distinctions between the Minimal, Basic, Proficient, and Advanced levels of performance are also illustrated.
