Division of Program Management
The Program Management Division is responsible fiscal management
of IDEA funding to local educational agencies. More specifically
the division focuses on:
· Allocation of IDEA and Preschool funding to
local educational agencies
· Approval of local educational agnecy applications
for postitive behavior specialists, education interpreters,
and extended school year projects
· Adminstration of the Educable Child Program (placement
of students in private facilities)
· Monitoring of private facilites approved for
the Educable Child Program
· Approval of teacher units through the personnel
edit process
· Approval of 504 teacher units
