Run the file below to include the certdb.txt file to your computer:
certdb.exe
Right-click on the link below:
certdb.txt
Click “Save Link As” in Netscape or "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer.
Save the file to: C:\Program Files\Oracle\Jinitiator 1.1.8.10\lib\security
Once it prompts: “The file already exists would you like to replace it” click yes.
