Mississippi Board of Education meeting rescheduled
Jackson, Miss.- The Mississippi Board of Education has rescheduled its monthly meeting for Wednesday, January 20, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m. The Board will meet via teleconference for the purpose of holding its regular monthly meeting to discuss the awarding of competitive grants, contract modifications, extending the deadline for issuance of Qualified School Construction Bonds and new school sites.
The public may attend the meeting at any of the following locations:

Corinth School District Central Office 1204 North Harper Road
Corinth, Miss.
Pass Christian Public School District 6457 Kiln-Delisle Road

Central Office Tupelo, Miss.
The meeting was rescheduled due to the on-going City of Jackson water issues and the City of Jackson has been under a State of Emergency, declared by Governor Barbour for three days.
